The Amada RG100 with a 10 foot bed and 100 ton capacity, and the Amada RG50 with a 6 foot bed and 55 ton capacity. These press brakes are capable of doing most any job from prototype to production with accuracy.

Metal Werks has a wide range of both standard and non-standard press brake tooling available. That allows them to produce the most complex sheet metal bends.

Metal Werks forming team is highly skilled in the use of this equipment and tooling; they do and an exceptional job.


Sheet Metal Punching
sheet metal punching Metal Werks provides a complete range of turret capabilities from prototype to production runs.

The Amada Pega 357 CNC Turret punch press with a capacity of 33 tons, 58 stations, Auto Indexing, and Auto Repositioning is networked with their CAD/CAM system to allow for rapid engineering.

They have hundreds of standard and custom turret tool shapes and an on site tool management and maintenance system.

The turret can punch sheet metal with dimensions up to 50" x 144" combined with repositioning and the ability to handle sheet thickness up to 0.250".

The Metal Werks team of turret operators has been chosen from the top talent in the sheet metal fabrication industry.


Hardware
hardware insertion Metal Werks skilled staff has extensive experience working with the Haeger 824. The Haeger 824 has the capability to insert and fix captive nuts, studs, stand-offs, panel fasteners, and more.

They also have a vast inventory of PEM inserts to meet all your fabrication needs.
